Rapidly expanding property company, part of the Anglo Lat group, is seeking an experienced lawyer to deal with both contentious and not contentious property related matters including landlord and tenant, Housing Act, planning and judicial review cases. You must be able to work on your own with minimum supervision from our Oxbridge educated General Counsel. Litigious experience including drafting and responding to letters before action, preparing witness statements and other Court documentation essential as well as ability to research points of law. Execution and case management skills more important than abstract legal advice.
Possibility to blossom into a full time role in a firm seeking approval from SRA as an ABS to provide legal services to third parties.
