Everbean is a busy independent cafe/coffee shop in the heart of London's West End.
In the past six years, Everbean has been providing Mayfair with excellent coffee, delicious cakes, artisan sandwiches, salads, organic soups and great service. During this time we have received many excellent reviews and have even been named 'Best London Coffee Shop' in 2013 by Australian Bean Hunter.
We are currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, well organised Kitchen Porter to join our passionate small team.
This position is Monday to Friday early mornings with a lunchtime finish with no evening or Sunday shifts, but some Saturday work may be required.
In this role you will be required to
• Receiving and unpacking deliveries.
• Preparing vegetables and breakfast menu items.
• Replenishing packing stock.
• Washing dishes and assisting the team during service.
• Helping out in other areas of the cafe, as and when required.
Successful candidate must have
• experience in a similar role.
• the ability to carry out tasks quickly, efficiently and follow strict recipes.
• good communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• the ability to remain calm under pressure and be conscientious with excellent attention to detail.
• an awareness of hygiene and safety regulations.
• permission to work in UK.
