Owned by Chef Brett Graham, The Ledbury is a fine dining neighbourhood restaurant situated in Notting Hill, West London.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional, with a passion for service and the hospitality industry, to join our team as Kitchen Porter.

Your duties will include:

Washing and cleaning dishes
General cleaning of surfaces and floors
Following weekly cleaning schedules and checklists.
Basic food preparation
Ensures the smooth running of the restaurant back of house operation.
Ensuring proper maintenance of all operating equipment and dish washing machines.

The Ideal Kitchen Porter must:

Take pride in providing a great service
Have a great professional attitude and good work ethic.
Be able to work alone or within a team
Be flexible in working hours
Have previous experience in a similar role.
Be pro-active and reliable
Have a good level of English with strong communications skills.
Quick and meticulous worker
