Someone with the following skills (or a majority of them).
Setup and configure new computers – full understanding of Windows O/S. Desktops, Laptops and Servers ( Server 2003 – present)
Installing updates
Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
Exchange knowledge.
Remote skills- accessing and solving issues around the world, in de Gournays various sites.
Understanding of firewalls, and configuration.
Look after all the registering, log-ins, passwords and authorities on all our systems. Including full and clear documentation.
Problem-shoot all day-to-day problems around the world
Look after our network and support it. And document it.
Look after our back-ups and servers.
Networking skills, including cabling, switches, patch panels, routers and wifi points.
Understanding of hardware – PC, Servers, and Mac
Understand the need for backup systems, and maintaining these
Administration and documentation skills. To be able to record and keep track of H/W and S/W in many physical locations around the world
Apple Mac knowledge, including air ports.
Office 365 migration to the Cloud
