We are looking for a inventory clerk with previous experience to carry out inventory inspections for residential properties within Greater London.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 to 7 months work experience working as a inventory clerk.
- Dictating highly accurate descriptions of all the items in the property and their condition.
- Taking clear photographs within the properties.
- Taking meter readings / Listing keys for the property.
- Punctual and Reliable
- Collecting and returning keys to and from the estate agents.
- Must have a PC/Laptop and Smartphone

Excellent written and spoken English.
Fully IT literate and confident.
A very good eye for detail.
Smartly dressed, professional appearance and demeanour.
Great communication skills.

Working Hours:

This work involves flexible hours/days. You can choose your own working days. However you must be available to work a minimum of 2 days per week and in some cases on short notice.
We maintain all the typing up of the reports. You will be paid every two weeks on a per job basis. The number of jobs allocated varies from month to month.
This is a freelance self employed position therefore you will be required to pay your own taxes.
