We are looking for experienced clerks to join our highly motivated team and are currently recruiting for the position of self-employed inventory clerks. (Training will be given)
The position is flexible hours but a permanent position. Excellent rates of pay, the applicants will be paid on a per job basis.

Main Agents/Clients are in North, East, West and Central London, Docklands, and surrounding areas.
The job entails the following:
Collecting and returning keys to and from the estate agents.
Meeting tenants, landlords and property managers, visiting and inspecting residential properties.
Dictating accurate descriptions of all items in the property and their condition (compiling inventories, check ins and check outs)
Taking a detailed set of photographs to accompany the dictation / report.
Taking meter readings / Listing keys for the property.

Flexible - happy to work outside of normal working hours to provide support.
We take care of all the bookings, the clients, the workload and the typing / compiling of the reports. The number of the inspections varies from month to month. Ideally the position would suit someone who would be happy with a variable monthly income.

You will need to have:
Digital camera / Mobile phone / Meter keys.
Laptop/computer with Fast internet connection.
Training will be given
Liable for own taxes  and a UK Bank account.
