Artist Residence Group is a growing collection of boutique hotels and neighborhood restaurants and bars with locations in London, Brighton and Cornwall. The group is expanding and is looking to strengthen its central reservations team with passionate individuals who have the collective goal of establishing the brand as an industry leader in the boutique hotel sector.
The ideal candidate is confident, immediately engaging and will give a lasting first impression.
They must have:
-A friendly, welcoming and professional approach.
-Excellent communication skills with a command of the English language both spoken and written.
-A high level of organization and efficiency when undertaking tasks.
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a team.
-Current or previous experience as a Reservationist within the hospitality and catering industry.
-Basic computer skills with Mac OS knowledge preferable.
-Availability to work in a shift pattern.
-A fun and lively personality that’s willing to make site visits when necessary and get involved with the whole AR family.
-The central reservations team are based out of the group’s HQ on the border between Chelsea and Fulham.
The successful candidate will work alongside two other reservationists and would be required to work five days a week comprised of evenings, weekends and bank holidays as per the Rota.
