Milk Train Cafe is looking for enthusiastic team members to join their team in the heart of London, Strand/Covent Garden area. The applicant must have experience in food handling in a fast paced environment, as well as, maintaining a great level of customer service. experience in pulling the perfect soft ice cream swirl will be a great bonus! We need flexible full time/part time team members willing to work up to 40 hrs a week (including evenings and weekends) to start as soon as possible
Job Summary:
You will be required to deliver the ultimate guest experience. The team member should be knowledgeable, efficient, and provide an energising customer experience. You should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of all equipment and products and clearly communicate this information to both guests and team members in the workplace. You will be required to clean and keep the shop tidy at all times. We require staff to hit the ground running and not be shy to learn new things and use their own initiative. You will be rewarded for your efforts with our review and bonus programme.
Requirements:
1 Year of experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred, but not required.
Must have the right to work in the UK or a valid working visa.
Basic Maths Skills.
Extended periods of standing (4-8 hours)
