Tootoomoo Group, as an authentic pan Asian food concept, has grown fast but has succeeded in maintaining service and quality. We have four restaurants already well established, with a firm, loyal customer base. Here's what we need; a supervisor with a proven customer facing service record, someone who says certainly when that's not necessarily what they mean. Someone who smiles when they want to scream and above all, make the customer feel welcome, cared for and paramount. While supporting and guiding a young, capable team - is that you?
As a Supervisor you will be expected to:
-Ensure all customers receive the highest levels of service from all members of your team
-Build a strong relationship with the Head Chef and your team
-Ensure your team are fully trained in all company policies and procedures as well as all aspects of the business under you jurisdiction
-Work effectively with the Team to ensure the operation runs smoothly and all revenue opportunities are maximised
