When? as soon as possible
In a nutshell: We have traded in our market stall to open an informal 80 cover restaurant in an incredible Victorian railway arch.
Why should you care? Borough is our spiritual home and birthplace of Arabica. We started out at armed with little more than a cool box over 14 years ago and began selling a small range of mezze from an 8ft trestle table. We now have bricks and mortar and an opportunity to go that step further.
Whats the vibe? Convivial. 1960’s Beirut meets 21st century London.
Food? Expect long lists of vegetable focused mezze, rare –bread meat and fish cooked over single variety English charcoal as well as stone baked pastries.
Drinks? Cocktails inspired by the East- Med and a considered international wine list.

• To provide a quick and efficient service
• To demonstrate a high standard of personal appearance, always wearing the full and correct uniform and ensuring good personal hygiene
• To promote sales and build up rapport with regular customers
