We are looking to add to our existing team of 7 on our all-important front of house at our salon based in the heart of London's Chelsea.
Our salon is the second highest turnover independent hair and beauty salon in the UK, dealing with up to 1200 clients per week, offering up to 250 different services and treatments. The reception team are taking 4000 calls per week, on average this equates to one every 45 seconds. The salon leads the way not only in technical excellence but in the all-important customer service experience that we aim to consistently deliver.
As the first and last point of contact, our reception team are literally the lynchpin of salon life and essential in not only giving exemplary customer service but in helping to grow the business and services we offer to our much-valued clients.
The role is based on a 5 day week, inclusive of Saturdays, although often demanding, the role also brings its own rewards and you also get to join a fantastic experienced team.

The successful candidate will need to;

Have a relaxed but confident approach to customer service.
Be able to work well alone or as part of the team.
Proactive in their approach to the working day.
Enjoy interacting with clients of all demographics, whether face to face or on the telephone.
Be able to work well under pressure, prioritising the customer experience over all else.
Have recent hairdressing or beauty reception experience.
