Tabun Kitchen is a dynamic 70 seat restaurant in the heart of Soho, with a unique concept of Jerusalem Home Cooking that encompasses fast, fresh take aways and casual but elegant in house dining for lunch and dinner. We will grow the brand significantly in the coming two years.
We’re looking for a GM with at least 3 years solid experience in high level restaurant management and we will pay competitively according to experience.
You will have experience in managing the Chef and back of house team and processes as well as responsibility for hiring, training and managing all FOH staff.
You will be in charge of all daily operations of the restaurant and also responsible for analysing the P and L and reports, setting financial targets and creating plans to reach those targets.
Maintenance of the building, health and safety procedures and general operations is essential and we are looking for someone who is great with guests but also with their team - inspiring a sense of trust and leadership and the ability to run a tight ship with a smile.
experience with an POS system is a must, as is a willingness to learn to use online stock and training systems and to produce efficient, clear reports with help from our accounting team.
