Tap Taverns are seeking a passionate General Manager for the launch of a new, independent pub/bar offering, focused on an extensive range of craft Beers and modern British meat cuisine.
Opening late June/July 2022
Our ideal candidate will be working alongside an experienced team of hospitality individuals, who are seeking a highly personable face of the business with at least 2 years’ experience at General Manager level, or those with significant assistant manager level experience.
Candidates must be capable of curating and maintaining an exciting, quality beer range, have a passion for food and drinks and business development, whilst ensuring the day to day operations of the business are fulfilled.
Roles and responsibility to include:
-Management of GPs, staffing and rotas, and stock
-Customer services, people management and staff training
-Daily, weekly and monthly reporting. Cash handling
-Site and cellar management to high standard.
-Licencing, Health and safety, fire and food compliance
-Social media
-Superior Product knowledge and supplier’s relationships to develop the beer and business offering.
