Experienced and knowledgeable gardener required for busy north london company.
We are looking to find someone to work for our senior manager installing planting schemes and carrying out general plant care, as well as working in our garden maintenance teams looking after quality gardens.
The ideal candidate will therefore tick as many of these boxes as possible:
Good plant knowledge both on identification and care.
At least a couple of years of commercial gardening experience or at least one year but with a recognized horticultural qualification, such as NVQ level 2.
Clean driving licence and comfortable driving vans in London.
Genuinely enthusiastic about plants and gardens.
Capable of working at commercial speed.
A good creative eye.
Friendly and personable in dealing with clients (and colleagues!).
PA 1 / PA 6 spraying certificates (an advantage, not essential).
Supervisory ability.
