A family run busy bar and restaurant in the heart of Rotherhithe, South East London looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team.
We have established our restaurant over the last 4 years and want to find someone who is passionate and experienced enough to be able to not only keep up our high standard but help us improve and get to the next level.
Salary will start at £15 per hour for someone with experience.
experience is a definite must as we need someone to be able to fill the duties of a Head Chef I.e;
- Upkeep of paperwork
- Upkeep of cleanliness in the kitchen
- Management of kitchen
- Management of staff
- Regularly changing Special dishes
- New menu ideas
- All organisation and maintenance of the kitchen to be kept to a high standard
