We are looking to fill a full-time receptionist position (inclusive of Saturdays) at our salon based in the heart of London's Chelsea, our 95 strong team of Stylist, Technicians and Beauty Therapists offer the most innovative must-have hair and beauty treatments in our amazing 5,000sq ft of luxurious surroundings.
We are the second highest grossing and award-winning super salon based in the UK dealing with up to 1200 clients per week. Our reception team are responsible for all online bookings as well as telephone bookings, matchmaking our clients to the right member of the team to suit their expectation and budget, not only do we aim to exceed the client expectation on the technical excellence we consistently deliver but we are renowned for our can do customer service approach, This unrivalled service experience starts and finishes with the all-important first and last point of contact, our seven-strong team on our front of house.
