Our goal is to create the most authentic Oktoberfest experience outside of Munich and make it last, so people can enjoy a sample of the world's biggest party all year round. We are looking for a lively as well as focused and detailed personality to complete our team. Great, fun place to work with a very different theme to most bars in London.
The ideal candidate:
- Must have previous experience in a busy high pressure environment
- Must be able to run Bar and kitchen
- Must be able to take care of all stock rotation and ordering
- Must be able to take care of all cash handling and end of day cash ups.
- Busy Front of house experience is a MUST.
- Must have a good telephone manner
- Responsible for all booking and ticketing systems
- Must work well unsupervised and show initiative on all tasks.
- Cellar management experience.
- experience working at managerial level
- Confident working with German Beers
- Basic Wine knowledge or the interest to learn
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to lead a team
- Extremely standards driven
