We are currently recruiting for two positions across both our sites in Rotherhithe and Canada Water.
Bar Supervisor - The Mayflower Pub and Restaurant.
The Mayflower is a Busy, Popular, Independent Pub with fantastic freshly cooked food and great reputation, looking for a bar supervisor with excellent customer service skills, good Cellar knowledge and experience.  Good Supervisors will be able to assist the operational running of the Bar and  Cellar whilst ensuring that staff are fulfilling their duties to the best of their ability.  A keen interest in Beers and Ales would be desirable!  Perhaps most importantly you must be able to work hard and remain calm in a high paced environment, as an incentive you will receive great rates of pay, good tips and paid holiday allowance.

Requirements:

Supervise smooth running of the Bar and Cellar, including opening and closing procedures.
Weekend and evening availability
Ability to work within and supervise a team.
Positive attitude and excellent communication Skills.
Ensuring high standards and efficiency of work.

Leadbelly's is a Busy, Lively, Vibrant Bar and Kitchen in Canada Water, looking for professional wait staff to serve food and drinks to our guests with outstanding customer service skills. Good wait staff will be able to ensure customer satisfaction and expand our reputation.
Great rate of pay plus tips and Holiday.

Requirements:

Patient and friendly
Weekend and evening availability
Working knowledge of Cash register
Take orders and deliver them to the table accurately.
Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction.
