Experienced Financial Controller needed for an immediate start.
The Financial Controller role, based in West London, is critical to the success of the business as a whole. The individual will be professionally responsible and accountable for ensuring the provision of the financial reporting to enable the company to achieve its aims and objectives through the effective and efficient management of its financial resources. The ideal applicant will have previous experience in post production and using Scheduall but Scheduall is not a must.
The role involves:
Sales Invoicing
Credit control
Entering supplier invoices and sending them to be approved
Making supplier payments
Monthly payroll including the year end submissions
Bank reconciliations
VAT
Being accountable for the development and implementation of best practice financial processes and management to ensure all decisions are appropriately informed and supported by strong financial analysis
Provide analysis and commentary to guide business decisions
Deal with external suppliers, company expenditure, expenses
Deal with financial queries
Monthly management reporting on the profit and loss and balance sheet and reporting this to the Managing Director
Weekly cash flow forecasting and reporting this to the Managing Director and notifying him of any shortfalls before they happen.
