Do you have 5 + years of experience in the minicab industry?
Have you worked with Cordic and / or Auto Cab dispatch systems?
Do you have strong administration skills?
We are looking for someone to join our driver management team.
You will be responsible for:
Admin (updating driver documents etc).
Driver discipline.
New Driver Training.
Existing Driver Training.
Increasing the amount of drivers registered.
Working closely with the customer experience team and control room to improve the quality of drivers currently working here and to also improve the training procedures for new drivers.
You will also be responsible of ensuring that we are completely PCO compliant and that all driver documents are up to date and correct.
Training will be given where needed.
Shifts will be Monday to Friday and some weekends when required.
Salary will increase once probation period is complete.
