JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To support and help the Waiters and Managers in the daily set up of the restaurant.
- Taking food from the pass to the guests, ensuring the presentation is correct and the plates look presentable.
- Aiding the waiters with the customers demands or requests.
- Assisting in relaying tables for the next guests.
- Produce all MEP throughout the day for service (polishing cutlery, folding napkins etc.)
- To ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the Manager on duty
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-good grasp of English, with communication skills
-some experience in the hospitality sector (preferably London)
-Be flexible (7 shifts per week including weekends)
-Flexible, hard working, and with a sense of humour
