Chutney Mary, the legendary Chelsea restaurant, relocated to St James’s Street SW1 last year. The new Chutney Mary has retained all the key features which have made it a Landmark restaurant. It also has over 100 seats and 2 private dining rooms with a fantastic ambience.
The new Chutney Mary has the glamorous addition of the Pukka Bar - Central London's most exciting new bar offering a unique fusion of contemporary India and St. James's style.
The Pukka Bar has drinks which combine the best of bars and the best of cafes – Cocktails, spirits, wines, non-alcoholic drinks, pitcher drinks, coffee, tea - as well as a beautifully prepared food menu of snacks, sandwiches, salads, afternoon tea and meals.
Chutney Mary is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the moment 6 days per week
The candidate:
You must be passionate about delivering the highest standards of service at all times to all our guests.
You must have great attention to detail and to ensure complete consistency in our service.
Have had some previous cocktail experience in a quality bar / restaurant environment
Attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of the guest and managers
Has excellent English and communication skills
Enjoys working in a team
Excellent presentation skills with an eye for detail
Good Knowledge of beverages, basic knowledge of wine
Ability to maintain a calm disposition at all times
Ability to read guests and react in appropriate manner
You will also need the flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
