Experienced GM role available in SW London - Putney / Clapham / Wandsworth area.
Previous experience in a busy cocktail bar is essential, as is a knowledge of cocktails, wines and spirits.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the venue, ordering and stock checking, promotion and marketing, social media, menu development, staff training and more.
