DAILY HOUSEKEEPER
Monday to Friday – 9-7pm
Lovely young family relocating from Switzerland to London, require an experienced and self-sufficient housekeeper to manage the cleaning and laundry for a family of six. The property is a rented home for now, but a new property is being built close by which will be ready in approximately 18 months time. You will work closely with the house manager, who does most of the driving and day to day management as both principals work full time.
This is a very busy household with four small children, ages from newborn to 4 years and a dog. A full time nanny is employed but you must enjoy working in a home with children.
It is essential that you have an eye for detail, are organized, and extremely efficient in your work. You will need to have very good laundry and ironing skills as this is a big part of the position. In addition, occasionally you may be asked to prepare simple family meals or assist the gentleman of the household loves to cook in the kitchen. When the family entertain, they will bring in caterers; it would be beneficial if you’re able to assist with table service.
Although primarily a Monday-Friday position, you may be asked occasionally to work on Saturday and take Sunday and Monday off.
Salary £500 net per week - Driver not essential but would be a bonus. (HU3156B)
