MW Eat is a unique collection of some of the world’s finest Indian restaurants - spanning both fine and informal dining restaurants. These are all highly acclaimed and are widely regarded as amongst the best of their type irrespective of cuisine.
The fine dining restaurants are Chutney Mary, Veeraswamy and Amaya. The 7 informal dining operations are under the Masala Zone banner. They are all in Central London.

We have a vacancy for Speciality Chefs with experience in Kerala cuisine with passion for excellence and modern interpretation of Indian cuisine at our Fine Indian Restaurants to work within our professional teams
This is a unique opportunity for a talented Speciality chef proficient in all aspects of Kerala cuisine who wants to Hone his/ her skills in the restaurant capital of the world.
experience required:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and competent Speciality Chefs with at least 4 to 5 years’ experience: You will need to have
• Good knowledge of Kerala cuisine
• Good cooking skills and techniques
• Organisational ability and a passion for food
• Ability to work under pressure
• Implementation of standardized recipes to maintain consistency of quality.
• Shows a willingness to help others and is interested in team members workload and pressure
• Is very flexible and adaptable when asked to assist other team members or departments
Remuneration
£2,300.00 net per month after tax, dependent on experience. Full time position, uniform and food on duty. Staff discounts and restaurant vouchers. Accommodation also available
