We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Chef Manager to join our team at Workspace Wood Green. We are looking for a real foodie with a passion for seasonality, sustainability and a keen eye for food trends.
The ideal candidate must be able to lead, train and inspire a team have great attention to detail and be able to adapt to the demands of the business, be able to work in line and execute Vacherin standards and all Vacherin Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures.
The role will encompass staff dining, events, coffee, streetfood financial awareness and costing for these are mandatory, an ability to take and give instruction is key to the role.
Promoting and running events will also be part of the role.
This is a commercial site ability to hit targets is key training will be provided on all bookwork and financial recording.
