We are looking for a talented chef with experience in the Italian cuisine, who must be able, with the guidance of the Head chef to lead a small team. We are looking for a person who is passionate about food and wants to grow in the restaurant world.
We work with seasonal produce and choose the best ingredients available from London markets as well as small Italian producers.
The ideal candidate would have worked in independent restaurants before and is used to running a pass, has a basic  understanding of Gross profit analysis with a passionate enthusiastic personality.
