EXPERIENCED CHEF DE PARTIE
Villandry Grand Café on Great Portland Street offers an all-day combination of restaurant, bar, café and bakery under one roof. We use the best quality ingredients and, at each seasonal menu change, offer our chefs the opportunity to explore new ideas.
We are recruiting for a number of roles right now and are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team.
Our Chef de Parties work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure we always offer our customers the high quality and delicious food they expect from us. They play a vital part in maintaining and improving our kitchen standards and assist us with training and team development, stock control and achieving the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety good practice.
If you have worked at this level, in an extensive and busy restaurant kitchen, enjoy a fast-paced working environment and can manage a large team at work PLEASE APPLY.
