The Pig and Butcher is a renowned and critically acclaimed, award winning family owned restaurant based in the heart of Islington.

We change our menu daily focusing on the freshest, well-sourced ingredients we can get our hands on, butcher our own meat on site, bake our own bread, make ice cream, in fact we make everything that goes on our menu.

Head Chef Michael Chan is looking for experienced chef de parties who can manage a section, independently and within a team, and bring their passion for great food to our team.

You will:

-Speak Fluent English
-Have at least two years experience within a quality restaurant.

-Have the ability to adapt to new dishes and follow recipes.
