Pomona’s is a new 120 cover Californian inspired, all-day restaurant and bar opened in the heart of Notting Hill at the impressive Commander building.
•Chef De Partie requirements:
- Experienced
- Ability to work under pressure and long hour
- Able to lead by example and train staff
- Creative, and ready to learn new cuisine
- Enjoying teamwork
- Must have some knowledge with costing/stock take
- Excellent hygiene standards
Benefit:
- Monthly salary (depending on skill level and experience) plus Tronc
-28 days paid holiday per year
Hours:
5 days a week, breaks on shift, aprox. 50-55 hours per week
Must be eligible to work in the UK
Strong command of English is essential.
