Coriander Buildings Ltd. Supplies clients within many construction areas from large scale new build developments through to smaller interior fit outs and refurbishments.
It a very busy time of the year for us and we are currently recruiting for experienced Carpenters (1st and 2nd fix) to work with us in the Joinery workshop and on various sites across London.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Hold CSCS card
- Have at least 3 years joinery/ carpentry work experience
- Have own tools - minimum requirements is full hand kit and cordless
- Have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment - hard hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves and goggles )
- Be able to attend and pass carpentry trade test and interview in our SE London workshop
- Be able to work with high value wood products
- Have experience in manufacturing furniture frames (beneficial)
- Be able to operate on most of woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Be able to read scaled drawings
- Be able to provide two references
- Be keen to work in pressurised, fast paced, construction environment
- Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Have a high attention to detail and conscientious attitude to work
- Be reliable, punctual, hard-working and maintain a professional attitude to all tasks
- Be able to provide reference
