A Gentleman of 45 years with Multiple Sclorosis , Diabetes and partially sighted, needs help with personal care. Must have experience of giving injections of insulin and testing blood for diabetes.  At this moment he is bedbound but very shortly he will be able to hopefully return to walking again.
We need someone for 2 days a week of 5 hours a day, over the day he will need someone to check blood ,give insulin ,be able to cook and give meals.  Also personal care. They will need to live close to Morden.  Also be ok with a dog. Also in September I will be going away for 2 weeks and need cover for every day. That will be 36 hours a week.  And also other times when I need a break.
In a typical day  you need to start at 9.30 am  and we can sort out the rest when we talk, but he needs a night call at 9.30pm to give insulin.

He can pay £12.50 an hour with holiday pay.
