About Us:
Cat Food Cakes is a 3 year old independent small batch bakery based in South East London. Our business is split into: wholesale Bakes for coffee shops, celebration and wedding cakes delivered in London, and cakes to sell from our bakery on weekends. We have consistently grown year on year, to the point that we are now looking to hire a permanent member of the team. 
Job Description:
• Baking cakes, brownies, traybakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, tarts, caramel, frostings and fillings. 
• Vegan, gluten free and nut free baking - we put 100% effort into as little cross contamination as possible
• Setting up the kitchen every morning and deep clean your section at the end of your shift. 
• Stock taking and ordering
Short face-to-face consultations with customers
Introducing new products to our business’ baking repertoire
About You:
• Minimum 2 years experience + a Food Hygiene Certificate
Ability to work consistently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Eager to innovate and introduce new Bakes to our menu
• Fluent English is essential
• Reliability is key: we work Monday - Saturday, you must be available to work up to 10 hours per day.
