Café Pura, part of the award winning Ayurveda Pura Health Spa and Beauty Centre, is looking for a talented and energetic assistant manager to support its continued successful growth.
In addition to preparing gourmet coffees and teas, fresh salads, paninis and other simple foods, the assistant manager would be in charge of the small cafe team and all day to day café operations.
The candidate should have:
- great leadership skills and ability to take responsibility
- experience of making high quality coffees with a commercial multi-group machine with steamer Wands
- good English language skills
- excellent customer services skills
- proven ability to prepare simple foods
