A successful and rapidly growing Property Development company in West London is hiring an experienced Buyer to start IMMEDIATELY. The Buyer together with the purchasing team will be responsible for creating and implementing a joint up strategy for many varied commodities to meet the future demands of the company.
The salary for this role is £18k plus very generous monthly bonuses based on achieving the best prices.
It is a PERMANENT FULL-TIME position.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Minimum 3 years background in general builders merchant;
- Highly driven at finding and negotiating the best prices;
- Have a good eye for detail;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills;
- Strong organisational skills;
- Competent with Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook);
-Able to work on own initiative and make decisions based on overall business requirements and best practice.
