Forward looking property consultants looking for experienced general builder to maintain our properties and development sites.

Must haves:
experience/training in the building industry.
experience in property renovation and refurbishment.
Willingness to learn or already have experience in property development.
Solid experience in property maintenance
Ability to speak and write in English and ability to supervise building work/workers.
experience in carpentry
experience in tiling
Plumbing skills both fitting and repairing.

Should haves:
• experience fitting wooden floors
• Basic electrical fitting/repair
• Painting to professional level
