Full time and permanent role 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper who has all around experience and can do basic accounts up to Trial Balance.
We require a person who can work on their own and can prove they have experience in a similar role. Communicating very well in English is a must as there will be extensive reporting to Directors.
The role:
- Collecting rents from Councils and updating the rental income accounts regularly.
- Credit control - chasing unpaid rents
- Reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts.
- Reconciliation of Directors' Loan accounts.
- Implementation of policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of VAT, payroll, Excel, Sage 50, MS Office.
- Confident and experienced person who can communicate well at every level of seniority.
- Regular reporting on various accounts to the Directors.
