Bartender wanted for new restaurant opening at St Pauls. We have a full-time bar vacancy for an exciting new role in a boutique steakhouse. You will need to be able to work individually and as part of a team in the wider running of the restaurant.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the bar. Stock ordering. Liaising with the restaurant manager and the floor team. Strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits is essential. You must have a good level of English and be comfortable speaking to guests and ensuring they have a memorable experience. Previous experience in a similar role is required.
You will receive wine, spirit and food training to expand your knowledge. Initiative and attention to detail is essential. You will have the freedom to create cocktails and influence the bar menu.
Hourly pay rate dependent on experience.
