We have a vacancy for an experienced bartender who gets a thrill out of working in a vibrant, non-stop restaurant and who can provide confident service to our guests.
NOPI bar not only serves delicious cocktails and natural wine, but also exceptional food and coffee. To be successful and enjoy your time working at NOPI bar you need to be truly passionate about the life of a restaurant and all its key ingredients, food, drink and people.
Key attributes:
• Previous restaurant bar experience of at least 2 years, working in a very busy and high quality restaurant environment
• Passionate about food and coffee to the same degree as cocktails and wine
• Pro-active and self-disciplined
• Excellent English language skills
• Great team player
Responsibilities:
• In charge of a bar section serving drink and food
• Liaising with other staff members of the scheduled shift
• Advising guests on menu and drink choices
• Complying with restaurant service ethos
• Responding to guests’ feedback with empathy and generosity
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
• Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate
Working hours:
• 6-7 shifts over 5 days a week most weekends morning or evening shifts according to weekly Rota
Salary:
