The Rosendale Pub, a busy gastro pub in Dulwich, is recruiting responsible and reliable full-time bar staff to start immediately.
The successful candidates will live locally, pride themselves on excellent customer service, speak English fluently, have a positive attitude and be able to work independently. experience in a previous bar position is essential and some barista knowledge would be a definite asset.
The candidate will have a very relaxed, cheerful manner with customers, but understand the importance of being fast and focused, and of communicating well with colleagues.
Weekday shifts require full-time staff to work independently and they must therefore possess strong serving skills, basic bartending skills as well as excellent initiative finding tasks to perform during quieter periods.
