Galley is a modern restaurant and bar that opened in Islington earlier this year. Led by brother and sister team Marcel Grzyb and Oriona Robb, the restaurant presents a fresh and exciting seasonal menu served from a stylish open kitchen. Located in a prime position, Galley has achieved excellent reviews and press coverage to date, quickly establishing itself as one of the best loved new restaurants, with its stunning interior, creative cocktails and contemporary fish dishes. 
We are looking for an for collaborative, creative, innovative, accountable and decisive bar tender / manager. The duties and responsibilities scheduling strong employees revolve around planning, supervising and allocating the day-to-day operational activities of the bar.
The job is mainly scheduled in the evening and on the weekends.
Key responsibilities:
Very experienced in cocktail making
Recruiting, training and motivating your staff
Doing regular stock-takes and ordering as necessary
Handling deliveries
Maintaining the condition of cocktails and wine
Overseeing or liaising with the kitchen
Enforcing health and safety rules
Adhering to budgets, increasing profits and managing cash flow
Dealing with difficult customers
Training and team working
