We are recruiting experienced Bar Staff with warm, accommodating personalities and a passion for service to join our professional team.
ABOUT US
Masala Zone is a busy, stylish and informal restaurant, part of the highly successful London restaurant company MW Eat, whose restaurants have received considerable acclaim.
THE POSITION
As part of our team at Masala Zone, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant. You will work with the waiting and kitchen teams to ensure the quality and service of drinks to our diners is consistently of the highest quality.
The ideal candidates will be energetic with a marvellous attitude needed, have great attention to detail and to ensure complete consistency in our service.
35 to 40 hours per week.
You will also need the flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.
Requirements
• Have at least 1 years previous bar and cocktail experience in a quality bar / restaurant environment
• Has a passion for excellent service genuine interest and enthusiasm for hospitality
• Attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of the guest and managers
• Has excellent English and communication skills
• Enjoys working in a team
• Excellent presentation skills with an eye for detail
• Good Knowledge of beverages, basic knowledge of wine
• Ability to maintain a calm disposition at all times
• Ability to read guests and react in appropriate manner
• Maintaining a clean and safe restaurant
