The Pear Tree Cafe is an exciting new cafe serving carefully and creatively crafted food and coffee (and many other awesome things). With summer creeping up quickly we need to expand in staff to match with the increase in customers walking through our cafe doors!
We are specifically looking for experienced baristas, if you are confident in crafting all coffees and can make them to a professional standard then this job is the one you should apply for. At the Pear Tree Cafe we serve over 3,500 coffees per weekend, this is not including teas served. There are plenty of new exciting opportunities for baristas interested in this position as we are close to opening a new coffee Hatch which requires a new team of baristas to run it. The Pear Tree Cafe is a fast paced work place with an incredible team and we cannot wait to get the right members on board with us.
