We are looking for a barista who wants to establish themselves as an important part of this small but growing business. Someone to demonstrate and improve on their skills on a daily basis while providing a personal customer experience.

We are not robotic script reciters. We learn our customer's names and orders as standard and genuinely care about their experience.
Technical skills are a must (you know what these are). Personal attributes count for a lot too! You will be reliable, respectable, presentable. Generally able. We enjoy our work here, we love the Graft, we love the craft and we do both with a smile as often as possible.
Attitude is everything, we want you to work on your strengths and improve on your weaknesses. You will have freedom to do things your way to grow within the business. The position will be subject to a paid 3 day trial.
