In a new venture, we have developed two beautiful canal boats into a floating Aussie inspired bar and eatery, situated on regent’s canal outside Paddington station.
We will be serving up our much loved all day brunch menu, speciality coffee, innovative cocktails, craft beer and dinner with a view! Seeking professional bar members passionate about emulating our fun and friendly Aussie service. A team player keen to make their mark on our exciting and evolving business. About you –

Preferred 1 + years working in hospitality.
Sound espresso knowledge
Detailed latte art
Familiar with La Marzocco machines, mazzer grinders, manual brewing (V60, Chemx and aeropress)
Focused on delivering fantastic customer service.
A team player, work closely with your peers.
Outgoing and friendly, get to know all our wonderful regular customers.
Must speak fluent English and hold 1 + year UK working visa.
You will need to be flexible and punctual.
