We’re a well-established cafe/bistro with a passion for high quality food and customer service. Our offerings include speciality tea and coffee, breakfast, authentic lunch and homemade cakes.

The perfect candidate will be experienced in speciality coffee and familiar with our equipment – we will be using La Marzocco Linea 2 Group and Mazzer Luigi grinders.
We work with Ozone Coffee Roasters for our espresso and have carefully selected the blends which work for our customers.
We are looking for someone who can offer us:

Proficiency in milk understanding and techniques, steaming, latte art, espresso extraction and dialling in.
Previous experience within the hospitality industry, at least one year full-time barista experience in a busy café.
True passion for coffee and real interest in coffee origins and various Brew methods.
Exceptional people skills (you’ll be great with customers).
A positive and mature outlook.
Confidence and personality
Able to work weekends and flexible with hours.
Fluent in English

You will work closely with a professional and dedicated team the shop managers and business owners.
Training will be provided for the successful candidates.
