Hours of work : 30-40 hours a week including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Prince Arthur is a friendly environment pub in London/Euston with mostly professional clientele trading Monday to Sunday.
We are now looking for an experienced bar supervisor to join our friendly team.
As a Supervisor you will be responsible for :
- Day to Day running of a bar such as serving and dispensing, including managing other staff.
-Providing leadership and overall supervision and control in order to provide a high degree of customer satisfaction
-Take responsibility for team work and motivating team members
-Deal with any issues that arise during each shift promptly and professionally
-support and coach team members to upsell
The ideal candidate must have experience in pub or bar before as a supervisor , good english skills and be eligible to work in the UK.
