Rotorino are looking for experienced bar staff for our busy Italian restaurant in the heart of Dalston. We pride ourselves on great ingredients, fantastic drinks and exceptional service.
The majority of our cocktails are created in house and we make all of our own shrubs and cellos so a good knowledge of fresh, seasonal produce and spirits is essential.
Our succinct wine list matches our daily changing food menu and therefore someone with the ability to understand how to pair wine with food is also preferred.
We serve our full menu at the bar so the ability to multitask, interact with the customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service is a must.
We are open Monday to Saturday evenings and all day Sunday so you must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Excellent spoken and written English is required.
