We are looking for an outstanding Bar Manager to join our Villa di Geggiano Team.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate and creative Bar Manager to contribute to delivering the unique service experiences to our guests.
As Bar Manager your key duties will include the training and development of the bar staff, to manage wet stocks, spotting trends in the market and staying ahead of the curve. You will be expected to understand H and S requirements to maintain excellent standards of cleanliness in the bar.
One of the most important attributes we are looking for in a Bar Manager is that you genuinely care about making our guests experience memorable and enjoy the feeling that this brings. Applicants must have a strong work ethic, a genuine passion for people development and a real appetite for delivering great hospitality. Previous experience in a similar role is required.
