We are looking for a fantastic experienced Assistant Manager for Wildwood Restaurant in Hornchurch Essex
As an Assistant Manager it will be your role to support the General Manager, run shifts and lead the way when it comes to displaying great customer service and really motivating the floor staff team.
You will be required to run the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence, achieving all sales, labour and stock targets.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Ability to recruit, train, lead and inspire a team of staff
- An eye for detail and the ability to drive consistent brand standards
- Passion for delivering great customer service
- A hands-on, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to delegate tasks
- Great communication, planning and organisational skills
